Seven Nights of Halloween

In my opinion Halloween is one of the best holidays for going out because it's really an excuse for chicks to dress as slutty as they want to and not get chastised for it.

So this year I decided that I should go out every night from the Thursday before Halloween to Halloween, which falls on this Wednesday.

The good news is that I'm not burned out. The bad news is that I'm going broke. The going broke thing can easily be pinpointed to the first night, when Ike and myself decided to try the strip club "Silver Reign" out by my apartment. I had always known it was there but I had never gone.

Ike has been out of town for almost three weeks couped up in a hotel room with minimal access to women so he wanted to get out as soon as he flew in on Thursday night. The decision was between a local bar or the strip club. Each spot had it's pro's and con's but we decided to try the strip club out to see what it was like.

I'm not impressed.

And you know why?

Because before I even saw a chick, I had already spent $22. Admission is $10 and then they pre-charge you for drinks (non-alcoholic) with a minimum of two so really admission is $22.

We get inside and the chicks look pretty weak. All skinny with ugly faces and fake chi chis. However, they got better as more started to straggle out of the dressing room.

Now for some reason I'm not very attractive to strippers. Probably because I dress like I'm in high school. But my boy Ike is a different story. He has the look of a stereotypical athlete. So two strippers immediately get all over him and start fondling him. The waitress asks if he wants to ge them a water and he politely says 'yes.' That was a $20 yes. $10 for each bottled water.

Right. Not to mention, the stripper breezies want $80 for the double lap dance.. for ONE song. WTF? Is you craaaazy? Let's see, $80 for one song = three minutes. One hour equals sixty minutes, divided by three equals 20, 20 x 80 = $1600/HOUR??! Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

So we sit down (with no lap dance purchase) and just watch the scene. No one is sitting at the stage with the pole and the strippers are basically dancing for like $2 per performance. When someone does sit down at the stage and throw the $2 out, the strippers give that guy a great show. So I told Ike that we'd get more bang for the buck if we just get $40 in $1 bills.

So we go up to the stage and the plan works well as the first stripper does the most for $3.

Anyways this place is incredibly expensive but the chicks are okay. Actually they're not great. It's open to 4 a.m., which is a plus and will probably come back to haunt me in the future.

So that was night #1 of the Seven Nights of Halloween. It was definitely a failure. I'm not sure why the hell we ended up going there. I was really not motivated to go anywhere so the strip club seemed like the easiest solution but it was a mistake.

I'll put some more about the weekend tomorrow and I have some decent pictures of me and the fellas.

Hope everyone had a good, safe weekend.
