Our basketball game went horribly yesterday. We only had five players, lost by 25 points, our best player got ejected and they called the game with one minute to go. It was nasty and frustrating. These guys ate us alive. They were bigger, shot better, had better defense and passed better than us. At least we were faster than them. Seriously we sucked. At one point I pulled up from NBA range and airballed a shot by about four feet. It was like I was shooting a deep three and someone blind-sided me with a foul and my shot ended up four feet to the right of the hoop. Only no one fouled me.
I did get the league player of the week for last week (two weeks ago). They had my line at 30 points, six rebounds and four assists.
After my basketball game I skipped my 9 pm softball game to go to Hollywood Park. My softball team ended up losing 15-16 and I probably would have made a one-run difference but there's not enough time in the day for me to play a hoop game, a softball game, and get a solid session in.
In my first 30 minutes at Hollywood Park last night I ran hotter and faster than I ever have. I ended up playing the $200 NL because the $400 game was full and as soon as I sat down at the $200 I won 800 in fifteen minutes. After the first hour I pretty much went card dead and only won a couple pots on some bluffs. I seriously didn't get any hands and didn't get a pair better than 99 the whole night. I had donkfest 07 at my table too, which was nice but I couldn't catch any cards after the first hour and I left up $926. I then bullshitted talking to some chick at the casino for like an hour. I should've snapped a shot of her for kicks. Here is my text commentary to Corner Sleeper:
